He participated in many Lebanese and Egyptian series and films, and his writings also included "Ana Araby Aseel" and "El Qahwa," in addition to his role as Koji Kabuto in the anime series Grendizer in the late eighties. Hadad fell ill with heart disease, which caused him great suffering. In his advanced stages, doctors advised him not to sing on stage, but the music kept giving him strength. He traveled with his family to Denmark in 1990 and settled there, until he passed away in 1994, leaving a great artistic legacy.
