Fawzia recommends her son, Awad, to search for the teacher, Dagher, to recover his father's rights. Dagher owns a bakery that Saber helps him manage and controls the people of the neighborhood with his tyranny. He aspires to rape Tohma Saber's daughter on her wedding night, but he fails and she gets divorced from her husband, who is unable to protect her. Awad works in the bakery, loves Tohma, and tells her his secret, and they agree to cooperate against Dagher.
