Old man El said El wazir Mohamed Awad asks his daughter Zeinab Layila Elwai to give him a grand funeral like the ministers. She takes him to a big hospital to be treated but she couldn t pay the bills after he dies. The hospital refuses to hand over his body, so she tries along with her husband to steal it.

In prison, Sayed Kabaka meets two prisoners who become his closest friends, Badr Salim, the pimp, and Mustafa Abu Al-Ezz, who falsely confessed to committing a theft crime committed by his accomplices in order to obtain money for his wife’s treatment. Upon their release from prison, Mustafa discovers that Mustafa’s wife has died. Without receiving the necessary care that his partners promised him, and that his daughter is placed in an orphanage, Mustafa agrees with Kabaka and Badr Selim to take revenge on his partners for what they did.
