The terms of eligibility in entering the Competition, in addition to winning any potential prizes, or receiving any exposure, falls under the below Guidelines: Eligible poems must be original work of the Contestant and have at least one mention of the GMC Yukon, or the GMC brand, under the context of the submission Guidelines in order to be eligible Eligible/Qualified poems do not get guaranteed selection to be displayed on any platform. Submissions for the Competition will be only accepted between the dates of February 9th  up to February 22nd 2021 Poems will be measured based on creativity, linguistic fluidity, relation to the topic, and overall structure Poems will be examined by Rotana & GMC prior to being shortlisted Poems displayed within any OOH unit, or reshared via social channels are not guaranteed winning the poetry Competition prize General Motors, and Rotana Media Group FZC LLC retain the right to reject, or disqualify any poem from winning or participating in the Competition if they choose to do so for whichever reason they deem as a violation of brand or Competition Guidelines Any Twitter user found participating with a poem that was not of their own creation or inception, will be automatically disqualified Rotana Media Group FZC LLC, Twitter Inc, and General Motors retain a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to copy, share, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, transmit, and edit any & all content submitted by users on Twitter within the Competition entry Guidelines. i.e All tweets that are eligible Competition entries can be used by Rotana Media Group and General Motors on any of the mediums stated above, irrespective of territorial impact, for an unlimited period of time Display of the poems within the OOH, including shortening, selection of a specific verse, and overall visual composition is solely within control of General Motors and Rotana Media Services FZC LLC. It is considered that General Motors and Rotana Media Group FZ LLC have received explicit consent to the Guidelines hereto from the Contestants upon submission of the poems for the Competition, and accordingly forsake any & all legal claim to object, deny, or contest the submitted poem and their Twitter user handle from being edited, displayed or shared by Rotana and GMC on any online or offline advertising platforms and mediums
